State Customs Service under the Government of the Kyrgyz

announces a competition for filling a
vacant position in the Project Management Office (PMO)
Regional Customs Modernization and Infrastructure Development
Project (Project)
(ADB Loan No. 2113 –KGZ (SF))
Vacant position: Specialist
on ICT systems.
Responsibilities: Under the
direct guidance of the PMO Director will be responsible for implementation of
everyday objectives and tasks of the Project.
Acceptance of work and maintenance of corporative
telecommunications network of the UAIS, conformance audit of data transmission
networks to bring it in correspondence with the Terms of Reference on its
development; control over installation of equipment and systems software.
Requirements: Higher education
in the field of information technologies; working experience in maintenance of
computer networks at least for 3 years; knowledge of informational systems
installed in Kyrgyz Customs and experience of its maintenance is preferable;
experience in maintenance of operating systems (Windows 2003/2000 Server, Unix,
Cisco OC Ver. 12); experience in maintenance of systems software (Windows
ХР, MS SQL Server, MS Exchange Server, MS ISA Server, MS
Windows Server Update Services); experience in maintenance of network equipment
(setting up VAN, VPN; construction of corporative network).
It is necessary to reflect in CV the following experiance:
- Experience
in Operating Systems maintenance, including Windows and Unix OS;
- Experience
in servers maintenance, including administration of HP servers;
- Experience
in network equipment maintenance, including Cisco commutators;
- Experience
in designing of software systems: development of TOR, implementation, operation;
- Experience
of work with database: designing, implementation, system maintenance.
