Approved in accordance with item 4 of Article 59 of the Constitution of the
Kyrgyz Republic as amended by Law

This Customs Code (hereinafter referred to as this Code) establishes legal,
economic and organizational basis of customs matter and intends to protect sovereignty
and economic security of the Kyrgyz Republic and to develop relations between
the national economy and the global economy, to secure rights of citizens and
State and to ensure their compliance with requirements of the customs matter.
