Article 372. Financing and Logistics for Activity of Customs
Bodies
Financing and logistics for activity
of the authorized state body and its customs bodies shall be carried out at
the expense of funds of the State budget, other sources stipulated by legislation
of the Kyrgyz Republic, as well as grants (gratuitous aid) in the form of technical
assistance by foreign states and international organizations.
Article 373. Protection of Data оn Activity of Customs Bodies
1.
Documents and materials containing information on the personnel of customs bodies,
organization, tactics, methods and means for carrying out operational and search
activity shall be stored in archives of customs bodies.
2.
Materials of the archives of customs bodies shall be handed in for storage to
archives of the Central National Archive of the Kyrgyz Republic in
accordance with the procedure established by normative legal acts of the Kyrgyz Republic.
3.
Protection of a State secret and confidential information in customs bodies
shall be ensured in accordance with normative legal acts of the Kyrgyz Republic. |
