Chapter 52. Duties, legal rights and
liability of customs bodies. Control and supervision of activity of customs
bodies
Article 365. Observance of Requirements of Legislation by Customs
Bodies and Their Officials
1.
Adoption by customs bodies and their officials of decisions and performance
of actions by them shall be carried out within their competence and according
to legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic.
2. When customs bodies make decisions, carry
out actions or omission, the observance of requirements of legislation shall
be ensured by the right to appeal, Directorate of Public Prosecutions, as well
as by control of activity of customs bodies, including the systematic control
by higher bodies and higher bodies of legislative and executive power.
Article 366. Interaction and Cooperation of Customs Bodies
with State Bodies and Organizations
1. If customs bodies discover signs of infringements, which
according to legislation of the Kyrgyz
Republic relate to the competence of other state bodies,
the customs bodies shall immediately inform the appropriate state bodies about
that.
2. On the basis of international agreements of the Kyrgyz
Republic, as well as agreements with customs bodies of foreign states,
the customs bodies of the Kyrgyz Republic shall interact with customs
bodies of foreign states. |
