Chapter 12. Release for free
circulation
Article 87. Content of the Customs Regime
Release for free circulation is
a customs regime under which the goods imported into the customs territory of
the Kyrgyz Republic continuously stay in that territory without the obligation
of their exportation from that territory.
Article 88. Conditions for Placement of Goods under the Customs
Regime
1. Release of goods for free circulation
shall imply payment of customs duties, taxes and other customs payments on goods,
as well as observation of non-tariff regulatory measures in compliance with
legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic on State regulation of foreign trade activity.
2. The customs regime of release
for free circulation may apply to goods to which preferences of customs duties
and taxes are granted in compliance with the tax legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic, as
well as by the ratified international agreements. The mentioned goods shall
be subject to conditional release on the conditions stipulated by Article 25
of this Code. |
