State Customs Committee of the Kyrgyz Republic (SCC)
invites for Submission of Expression of Interest (EOI)
SCC, within the implementation of the Regional Customs
Modernization and Infrastructure Development Project (ADB Loan No 2113-KGZ),
conducts competitive bidding for selection of company for development of
Software for the Unified Automated Information System (UAIS). Technically
qualified companies from ADB member countries will be selected following the
quality based selection (QBS) method.
EOI in a settled format on Russian and English languages must
be submitted before 04.00 p.m. December 5, 2008, in a sealed envelope
with mark “Expression of Interest for the Regional Customs Modernization
and Infrastructure Development Project”, and be delivered to the address: Kyrgyz
Republic, Bishkek, 720020, Baitik baatyr st., 4а. Tel.: (+996312) 512465; Fax:
(+996312) 512015, E-mail: j_turganova@customs.gov.kg
The documents delivered by e-mail will be
accepted (at presence of the scanned copy of EOI with signature).
The documents submitted after the
deadline will not be considered.
